Time to Stop?!

With Stoptober and Sober October nearly at an end, we’re celebrating the many smokers and drinkers who will have quit – and sparing a few thoughts for those who didn’t manage it, this time.

Quitting a habit can sometimes take several attempts, and one thing we know at Rise & Shine is that when you stack the odds in your favour you give yourself the best chance.

The Rise & Shine app will launch with 50 tracks to wake up to. With both a female and male narrator, there are generic tracks to suit all, and there are also specific categories and topics to help with goals such as:

  • Lose weight
  • Stop smoking or drinking

You can pick tracks to fit your specific needs and desires, giving you positive guidance from the very start of your day – complimenting whatever other addiction curbing techniques that may be used.
