All good apps undergo ongoing development work – adding new features, responding to user feedback and fixing bugs.
The bug we’re dealing with now has been pestering us since shortly after we launched the LITE app for the first time.
One or two bugs to contend with is to be expected – the LITE version is but a fraction of the full version we have in mind – but it was unexpected and deeply frustrating to experience one major issue that affected users with the track downloads, meaning tracks weren’t playing as expected. A big bug – but thankfully only on a handful of phones.
We looked long and hard at the problem, with our developers at Innershed and we’ve taken a fairly big step to improve one of the core functionality of the track downloader.
It might have seemed a little quiet at HQ, with no posts since launch – but this improvement has kept us busy in the background.
As both founder Matt and business partner Liz (that’s me, writing this) work full time on their own businesses Matt My Trainer & Lingo Design – we know that the app evolution is going to take time – we just hope you – our app users will be patient with us as we roll out improvements and head towards the full version.
