Negative thoughts are detrimental to your state of mind. Every negative thought is submitted to the subconscious, the subconscious doesn't understand the difference between positive and negative, it will however work very hard to turn either into reality. If you jump out of bed and stub your toe, and shout "its going to be one of those crappy days!" then guess what... a crappy day will follow!
Every negative thought is converted into stress, anxiety and depression, stored in what we call our 'stress bucket' in our mind. A happy mind has an empty stress bucket. If your stress bucket is half full, it would be safe to say we are in the middle of our amygdala and our pre left frontal cortex. If the stress bucket is full or over flowing then we would be smack bang in our Amygdala the fight or flight area of the brain. Life is not manageable here, it's hectic and negative, on red alert and full of stress, anxiety and depression. This area of the brain will release hormones that make you feel bad, tired, even cortisol the stress hormone that will eat away at your lean muscle mass. We make bad desiccations here, regression and minimal progression, comfort eat etc... negative thoughts are detrimental to your state of mind.
Positive thoughts become reality, our mind achieves what our mind perceives. Rise & Shine plants only positive seeds.
If you are in agreement with the positive suggestions they become your intention, intention is nothing without action.
